Skip and Nancy moved to Arizona from Buffalo, New York in 1986. After working for several other restaurants, they decided to pursue their dream, and open up their own place. Chase's Diner opened its doors in October 1997. Skip's Mom Shirley came on board for the first several years, and Chase's still uses many of her recipes today. Skip's sister Becky was also there the day Chase's opened and is still there today!

 

All three Chase kids were raised at the diner and can be found making milkshakes or bussing tables daily.
